Excellent work environment especially for fresher's they teach good technical knowledge...

I worked at Tecnics for 2 years (2006-2008) and it was a great company to work for. I worked with wonderful team at Tecnics - smart , professional and supportive. I really enjoyed almost everything about working there, and had a lot of fun.

Waste Of Time !!! Had multiple rounds of interviews/ technical discussions and at the end they send me the Offer letter with 20 % redued to what I mentioned in Expectations. and then they lie the Project goes on hold so we are currently not looking up for hiring !!! Lame reasons to harass candidates/employees !!!!!!!!
I read reviews but thought to give it a shot... but now I assure you all the reviews are real and this company will not do much for their employees welfare !!!

Prepare well with algorithms if going for an interview.. start and stop algorithms , aint that java algorithms

Done with the interview with two technical rounds on Testing role.... Performed well,said all the answers to the questions..on that day, they simply say, U can leave now,we will Call u back... After two days, if we call and ask them about next step, they say, what is Ur name..?.. ok, you are not selected... Its total waste of time, ... thousands of students roaming on rounds for the jobs but this people just time passing with this false interview..

Good company,good technologies to learn.Dont believe in false review's unless you are a part of the company.

Worst company in hyderabad... Interview process is very slow. Yesterday I will attend walk-in interview time mention in site 11am to 12pm but in hr conducting the interview in 4.30 pm i am waiting for the 6 hours in the office, there is no water. Don't go to the walk in.

Worst interview experience, always calls candidates for interview and don't select . First round it self is worst and they conduct it in cafeteria at top.

1.No time punctuality
2.No week offs ,have to work 24/7
3.More freelancers they might call at night 1am
4. Payment delay
5.employees are very less so work pressure is high
6.once you leave company there won t be any response from HR
7.They won t give proper inputs to develop
8.They don t want to maintain documentation
9.Interviews will be many rounds they will keep in hold for many days they won t respond to us once interview cleared means they will torcher us to join immediately

They don't know time value because they don't follow time punctuality

This is software company which provides product support and development.

Very good hospitality even you are a fresher they'll treat you very nice and warm

I went for an interview there on testing role they asked me so many and I answered them luckily selected for next round, next round also completed with full of irrelevant questions, even though I cleared that round also, they said you have been selected for HR round we'll call you within one week, but I didn't get any call from them even after one week, after two days I remained them as so and so ,they said "WE DON'T KNOW, WE ARE BUSY IN TAKING INTERVIEWS NOW" Call disconnected,after some time again I called to them and asked about update ,their answer "SORRY, YOU'RE NOT SELECTED". If we are not performed well, please tell us whatever it ,on our face, we can accept and rectify them for next interviews but don't make students to wait for your false updates, and guys who are seeking for jobs, please don't go with the expectations go only with 100% effort

Tecnics is a ultra legend company to showcase your skills in front of the interviewer. They mainly focuses on recruiting, Though they won't selects. Jokes are apart better avoid it(Fresher). I can suggest you that behalf of attending to Tecnics. It's better to watch sampu film.
