My husband used my account to buy me boots for Christmas! Well I love both my boots, so cute! Well since my husband purchased them he didn't read when you buy something you become a VIP member. So we were going through our bank statements and saw a charge for 2 months and we didn't buy anything from just fab. Well I called to see why we had a charge, the customer service rep was very helpful in letting me understand those charges and she also understood that I wasn't aware of those charges. She kindly cancelled my vip membership and refunded me the 2 charges that I wasn't aware of. I love the purchase my husband made and I love the customer service! Thank you!!!!
Full disclosure.. I currently work at TechStyle and after reading some of these reviews on google I feel the need to speak out here in favor of this awesome company. When I originally applied for a job at "JustFab" I did my research and found a few bad reviews from some very loud people... I was concerned and hesitant until I did my research... The transparency during the sign up process was VERY clear when my wife and I went through it. I think if you are the type of person to click next next next through every part of the process and additionally tie any monthly subscription (like a gym membership for example) to an account that regularly does not have sufficient funds to cover the cost then this type of arrangement is probably not for you. If you are the type of person who likes the benefit of personal styling that leads you to quality products you like at a deeply discounted rate with the trade off being, supporting this company's effort to do so on a monthly basis, then this is for you. I can honestly say that this company is truly remarkable inside and out and cares deeply for its clients and employees. TechStyle goes to painstakingly detailed levels to understand who you are and what you like so you are not wading in an ocean of nonsense to find what you are looking for. I look forward to more great and innovative things from this company in the future!
True retail therapy at its finest!! I have been a member with them for over 3 years now and I love them. Their clothes, shoes, and jewelry are absolutely FABULOUS:) Customer service is very accommodating.
TechStyle is a great way to get new shopping items at your fingertips. I love going through my boutique every month, but don't feel pressured to purchase. If it doesn't fit my budget, I easily click skip and don't get charged. People always forget that, but it's clearly stated when you sign up that this is a monthly membership that you can opt out of buying something every month.
I have been purchasing from this company for years. It's so great to keep up with the latest fashion trends without having to break the bank. I love that they have a plus size clothing line, and there are new shoes and bags every month! To cap it off exchanges are free when something doesn't work like I thought it would. Customer for life right here!
I love shopping with tech style companies. Great products and great customer service! The websites are easy to navigate and the shopping experience is pleasant. Also its affordable!
This place needs to do better when we say cancel something that s what we mean it doesn t cancel when you ask them too.
