staff is nice and friendly but i feel like they ar...

staff is nice and friendly but i feel like they are unorganized. me and my boyfriend went in there to get my screen fixed and we gave them his number to call. they told us 30-45 minutes. we left and came back about 30 minutes later and sat in the parking lot waiting for a call. sat there for 45 minutes and decided to call them, when the answered they said they were waiting for me to come in because they needed a password for my phone. wondering why they didn t call when they needed the password instead of waiting for me to call? again, staff was nice but what was supposed to be at most 45 minutes turned into 2 hours.

I called the store and asked about replacing the screen on a Samsung phone. I wanted to make an appointment and was told that was not necessary. They asked me the model number. They said if I brought it in they would have it repaired within a hour and a half. When I got to the store I was told that they didn't have the screen for that phone and I would have to leave it and come back the following day. If they were upfront and honest with me they would have ordered the screen and told me when I could bring it in for repair

Prior to arrival my mom called to see if they could fix my phone. We explained what was going on and they said they would do a $20 diagnostic that would take no more than one hour and then fix the issue which would take up to an hour. I dropped off my phone about an hour later and told the worker the exact issue and she agreed that what I said was correct and they would probably not need to do a diagnostic. She came back from the back and said they needed to do it anyway. This did not make sense to me considering she agreed with what the problem was with my phone. I then asked how long the diagnostic would take and asked her to call my sisters phone (who was with me) to let me know the issue before starting to repair it. She agreed to calling me before working on it and said the diagnostic would take an hour. An hour and 20 minutes passed and I did not receive any calls, I called and asked about the status of my phone. A guy answered and told me my phone was still in diagnostic and would most likely take another hour before even starting to repair. Meaning the diagnostic would then take up to 2 and a half hours. The guy then said that it is a charging issue meaning the diagnostic was done? but yet they still needed another hour for it? and not even counting the repair. I explained it him that I was told it would not take make than an hour for the diagnostic and another hour for the repair. I asked for him to give me a call on my sisters phone when the diagnostic was done BEFORE they began to repair. He agreed but I never received this call. I then called my mom and she called them to ask some similar questions on why it was taking so long. After she got off the phone with them I received a call 50 minutes later saying my phone was done and ready to be picked up. How did almost 2 more hours turn into 50 minutes? I may be young but there is no reason I should not have been taken seriously on getting MY device repair. I was very shocked by the poor customer service and dishonesty during this time.

Bought a Galaxy S9. Selfie camera was not focusing. They had to order parts but they are fixing it. Great service appreciate them being in the community. Nice to have a real professional Tech store in the area.

To sum this place up on one word? "Amazing!"
My phone was destroyed when it was hit by shrapnel at a shooting range. Verizon and Apple both informed me that it would be impossible to extract any and all data from the device. As my last backup was done over a year ago (my fault) and I don't use iCloud, this was devastating news. I had heard their ads on the radio and figured "what could it hurt?". I dropped it off expecting the worst. 24 hours later, I was informed that not only was all of the existing data pulled from the device, but they would also upload it on my new phone. I dropped it off in the morning, and only 2 hours later the new phone was ready to pickup (12k+ photos and videos, plus songs and apps). It even saved the final video that was being filmed when the phone was hit. I would have paid anything for the service they gave me, and all I ended up being charged was $60. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I could not be happier or more grateful for what they did for me.

Amazing and friendly workers and technicians they ...

Amazing and friendly workers and technicians they got my computer working after I could not figure it out for almost a year , and they got it back up and running in no time better than it ever was fresh out the box I would definitely recommend taking any electronics that you have to them to avoid the headache because they will always take care of their customers and make the best decisions and making sure you are happy with your product

People were very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is their communication skills. Called on a Wednesday to get the screen replaced on my son's phone and was told they needed to order the screen (no problem) and that it would arrive in their store the next day (awesome!) and they could replace it in about an hour. Next day I call to make sure it was there before I drove over and was told that it hadn't arrived yet but should be here tomorrow (Friday) and they would call me when it got in. They called me Saturday about an hour before they closed to let me know it was finally there. Drive over Monday afternoon and found out it's the wrong screen (not their fault, no big deal) but was once again told that it would be in tomorrow... But guess what, it didn't arrive until Thursday . Drive over after work and was told that the tech who would be replacing the screen was getting ready to go to lunch so it would take about 2-2.5 hours to fix it. I don't mind the fact that I had to wait for screen to come in and I understand that it will take some time to fix.. But I would have been much happier had they said "maybe" tomorrow or "it could take a few days" and they definitely could have mentioned that the tech goes on lunch at whatever time so that I could have planned ahead. The place is about 40 minutes away from me so I couldn't just go home while I waited. But they did get the screen repaired and the price was definitely reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this place.
