Please don't attained any interview or calls by this organisation ..as this is one of the worst organization with the collection of worst people.

Its a very worst company as after selection by f2f discussion through 3 to 4 round of interview they are not able to release offer or even pic the calls also regarding any reason.....

It's good until you resign the company... Once resign you have to struggle a lot to get your final settlement... They won't respond to your calls emails....

It's nice consultancy and company.
For selection you need to show your confidence and knowledge.

Company is good recruitment process is very good. HR and Recruitment team is very polite and co-operative.

It's not a suggested company ever worked and they will hire you as permanent employee but once you loose the project from client the day your bench would start without giving intimation,They will never think about your family, finally what I want to say it's not good company to work

It is typical service company where your job depends on the client. Bangalore office does not have good in house project

What is the use of keeping number's in the website without answering the calls, even if we call for more than 15 times also they will not even respond and that to it is not early hours like 9 or 9:30 it is being 10:30 am still if they don't answer the call why to give the numbers in profile.

So i have attended interview almost 2 weeks before,the concerned person name was priyanka priyadarsini,before going to interview only she told me that they provide cabs to the people who are coming to the interview,later when i went for the interview there was 2 rounds technical and project manager round after completing they told me that i will have discussion with US Project head.I have waited for a week ,then they are telling me that
US project head doesn't want with your profile.They dont know what they are hiring for,They seems to be in confused..I recommend not to waste time on this company,they even dont know how to deal with the client..

Only joining part make u happy , if u resign the job u wont get proper response on your final settlement , worst ever

Nice Company with Professional IT Services. Pays Salary on-time. But not much hikes. If they need some information ,they call you multiple times to get what they want. But if you need any information from them, in most of the times you wont get it. I recommend not to join this firm...

I went for interview today..one person took my interview and he told me you selected nd also you have to pay 13500 for training purpose.
I had very bad experience in that interview.. it's not company I think that's only agency . They are playing with candidates. Please never go this company for any interview.

I would never suggest to join here. its a pure staffing company and once you are deployed to your client their job is done. Your satisfaction at the workplace doesn't matter at all. During my work tenure here, I never had any good experience with them and after resigning also I kept chasing HRs for exit formalities, relieving letter and so on. its over 3 months now and I am still chasing them for my FnF. And as expected from the HRs, nobody is responsible enough to look into the issue, they just tell me a new date of settlement everytime I reach out to them. Think think think before you join here!!

Not only I'm seeing all the negative reviews on the company but yeah.. I experienced a worst interview call as well. Got a call from Raisa Bansal, asking on my job profile. On the very first minute of the call she asks me about my notice period. I said 90 days officially but could be negotiable in terms of paying my salary.. without letting me finish, she says no that's not possible and hang the call. Is this how their RPOs or HR speaks?? Morons!!

Worst ever I have seen, came for my college as placement requirement team, after completing all rounds they have invited for one more round at office. Finally in their office interview selected 2 members and haven't released offer letter still. It has been completed 1 year

Recruitment person can't even talk properly. It's like we have a job if you are interested then say else please disconnect. request to the management to look into it.

Please don't mention contact number while posting a job ad if you are not willing to respond to call. At least have a courtesy to call back. Worst attitude of a consulting company I have ever seen. Please don't play with job seekers!!

Guys never trust the positive reviews here about Technosoft. I worked under the payroll of Technosoft for 1 and half years, I can say it's a worst experience that i ever faced with a employer. These positive reviews are posted because on the joining day they forcefully make the new joiners to do so, otherwise they won't be giving the offer letter (Kind of Blackmail i can say). Exit process is not at all smooth here, finance team is worst, (they take months together to reply for your query), Management is worst, Experience letter and F&F was provided after continuous follow-up's and escalations. I strongly recommend not to join this company.

I have attended the telephonic round and they told me to attend the face to face interview ...the girl one who called me is janani janardhan...when i went there they asked me to pay 13500 rps for training. And the way she talked is very bad.. that is not the proper way to deal with the candidates please dont go to that cmpny and dont waste ua money and as well as ua time

Good place to work and the management is really helpful

It was a horrible place as I went their to attend interview the person who took my interview was talking to me in hindi.and he asked me to prepare on some skills and come the next day for the interview i did the same and the lady who took my interview her body posture was so bad she was completly lying on the chair i felt that she was drunk the way she was interviewing me i was completly offended by her.

Gave interview in Dec 2020, got confirmation of job after 2 week. But after that no information. Waited till Feb. Suddenly got a call to join within 2 days & also confirmation mail. But on the day of joining no information. Called the HR she said no confirmation mail has came from client company. Waiting till now ,called HR after 2 days she told no confirmation of the job she will try for any other company.. Theyy make fun of candidate's time and expectations. Worst experience. Got another call from an another HR talking about the same job opportunity. I don't know what to say them

Worst company, and the interviewers are damn worst.I Went for interview yesterday, a person named vivek took my interview for one and half hours and sent the HR to say that I am not a great fit for his team, but he is very professional.And two people took my next rounds,who are really pathetic,their body language and their expressions were like hell ,very very unprofessional,in one word,they just behaved like illiterates.Please never go this company for any interview.1 Star is also more for the Interviewers.

In beginning HR people will be nice cos they want to use you. Later when quitting, you are just a piece of garbage.

No respect, irresponsible behavior by HR people. If you want to waste time and want bad career experience. Please join this company.

Best place to work on multiple projects, if talent and hard work is up in. Customers are demanding.
