Great and equal treatments to each and every employees

Paid parking everywhere except if you plan to eat at some restaurants. Only free parking is for employees except a small strip infront of the guardian towers where ~7 cars can fit in a line. Tower has friendly reception and security but cannot access lifts etc without a visitors badge.

Great company to work for. Work culture is good. They have friendly employee policies.
