I am the operations manager for a small nonprofit and we recently switched from a different IT company to Technology Response Team. I cannot begin to express how wonderful they have been. They have been incredibly fast, efficient, and incredibly patient with our entire team. We couldn't be happier with the switch, and I can't recommend Technology Response Team highly enough.
My email account was recently hacked. The results could have been overwhelming and devastating. Colleagues recommend I call TRT. I did and within hours Bank A. was on the phone with me, strategically and attentively setting me up with a much more secure and functional email and web site products. He was patient with me as I ask many questions, focused as he interacted with various providers and stayed with me until everything is fixed (and improved). My business ended up in a much more secure and functional place. I could not be more appreciative of or impressed with TRT.
Chris Hale of Technology Response Team asked me if I would write a general endorsement letter for him and his firm. It is my pleasure to do so. For quite a while, my company attempted to do the bulk of our IT and Systems work in house. It never worked well. We then happened across TRT and the support they offered met our needs. As our relationship grew, we began to expand their role until today when they are our outsourced IT department. Our experience with TRT has been excellent. They are cost-effective, responsive, efficient and pro-active. We have come to rely on them for guidance, purchasing of equipment, design of systems and a range of day to day troubleshooting activities. They have demonstrated a strong commitment to service and to quality. We know that when we call, for advice or a problem, their response will move us forward or handle the issue in a timely manner. If you are considering bringing in an outside firm to service your IT needs, I believe that you cannot find a better more cost efficient vendor than TRT. In fact, it costs us considerably less to have them provide these services than it did trying to do it in-house. More importantly perhaps, is that we absolutely trust them.
I have been working with TRT for three years and have not been disappointed once. As their name indicates: they are responsive! Always there when I need them and always have our issues resolved in a snap. They are also great for business development; they have been a huge support in implementing our new ERP. Could not be happier!
We are a business that is growing very quickly and TRT has been with us to help us the whole time. From when we started out as a small company that needed some upgrades, to now when we're a large company that needs constant IT support. We've greatly enjoyed working with Nathan and he has gone out of his way to help us whenever we need anything.
Technology Response Team has been an excellent partner for our company. We switched almost a year ago and we have nothing but good things to say about this company. The response time is within 5 minutes of sending them an e-mail (usually less). If the problem can't be handled remotely they will send techs onsite to diagnose the issue within an hour of calling. The CEO, Chris, makes a monthly visit to the office to personally check that everything is going well. Along with great response time they are very knowledgeable of the potential threats in the virtual world which seems to be an increasingly dangerous problem. To top it off, they are very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with our decision to move our business to Technology Response Team.
Technology Response Team has been wonderful to work with. They are very prompt in meeting our needs, often responding within just a few minutes and typically accomplishing the task we need within the hour. They are very available and thorough in their explanations. We have used them for several years to handle our IT needs and we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend them!
TRT has always been friendly, reliable and fair. I would highly recommend for all your technology needs.
