If I could give them negative stars I would. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable. They supposedly shipped a very expensive item I purchased however, 3 hours before it was supposed to arrive, UPS had no sipping information. After I had to call UPS and look into this myself, they sent an email telling me the item has mysteriously disappeared; they would have to ship a replacement which would be there in 5 days despite the original shipping method I paid for of 3 days. I cancelled the order prior to it shipping however they decided to play games and ship another after. Now I have to reject the item and wait several days for a $1,600 refund instead of them just cancelling it as requested. There are dozens of trustworthy online stores out there - you should stay away from these people.
