Requested help on 6/11/2017 for a faulty Access Point installed by Tech Guides/Painless Technology. Well there customer service is hardly Painless. Today, 6/17/2018, about 5 weeks later I was told the following:
I apologize for the delay. Due to our high volume of contract clients, we have not had any openings in the schedule for a visit to your site. We will work on finding a date in the coming weeks for a technician to visit your location. Prior to the visit we will need to put a credit card on file to cover the site visit, which will be charged the day of the visit. I will keep you posted as to available dates for a visit as the schedule becomes more clear. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to answer them for you.
I installed a very very expensive system at my small business through this company 2 years ago and now they won t service their system...don t use Tech Guides...
