I worked in TBS for more than 3 years and I can definitely say that I have learned a lot in this organization. IT Team and my mentors were really good and helpful in every situation.

This is place where you will get fired for no reasons. One of my friend was working here and was told to go home. No professional culture. If you can want to be yes man pls join asap.
