fantastic company very understanding ( my phones been there roughly month waiting for me to pick up) prices are right for the service u recieve very thorough and did exactly what they said so 5 stars for a great company and great employees.
APPALLING! Extremely poor customer service and absolutely no empathy. Both the store person and the head office administrator we're unhelpful rude and aggressive! Do not shop there!

I purchased 2 expensive ($35 each) glass screen protectors for SGS7 phones.
They were the first screen protectors I had seen that covered the entire screen (so I believed they could be a good option) - but I only tried one protector on my daughter's phone (as I was a little skeptical).
It seemed ok for a couple of days - then the screen protector keep flicking off (out of an iFace case) & then starting shattering a little more each time it was flicked off. Also, by the end of the 2.5 weeks, the screen protector was slowly discolouring (not being completely clear).
I returned the unopened screen protector, along with the shattered one (which had been purchased a little under 2.5 weeks previously) & I had my receipt.
I was told the shattered one was used &, therefore, not able to be refunded. This was despite the fact that it didn't do what it was purported to do & that it was essentially a $35 (2.5 week old) useless product & a total waste of money.
By the end of my visit, I was grudgingly given a $35 credit for the unused screen protector.
I was also made feel that I was in wrong during the whole conversation.
I have no problem paying extra for a product that lives up to it's promised expectations. But this was not remotely the case in this instance.
I should have been given a refund for the useless/shattered screen protector that didn't live up to it expectations.
I will never shop at Tech Centa again & will never recommend this store.

Sold me second hand case scratches all over then returned it had to argue for refund DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM
Very nice except the glass screen protector came off my phone and I have to get it fixed
