The theater being Chico can be enjoyed from any location a good show

A theater that is a true icon of Buenos Aires, with a great capacity and good staff plans. Good installations.

Take out entrances on the ground floor or primwr tray if it is not far away

The room smells musty, it needs better maintenance and the room guides wanted to sell me the program of the work I was going to see; when the program is always delivered at the entrance.

Good acoustics, good facilities, first level theater in many aspects

Recently renovated theatre. Foyer, stairs and restrooms could still do with some work. Good sound and lighting for shows.

The truth is that the acoustics are spectacular, you feel immersed immediately.

Unfortunately I can not say the same about the facilities and cleanliness, the place feels a bit neglected in terms of seating as well as in the decor.

Also if you just want to enjoy music or some work, it's worth going.
