Unfortunately my assessment is negative. It has very good acoustics and a spacious room that could be comfortable. It lacks maintenance and cleaning. The carpets are threadbare and dirty, you smell the dusty smell. Instead of a sloping ramp to get to the front rows it has poorly marked steps not suitable for the elderly or disabled. For years, the seats have not been renewed, they are unkempt, not to mention the painting and decoration. From the 5th row you could see the dirt on the stage.
The bathrooms, large but poorly maintained, are underground with a long staircase.
All of the above detracts from the effort of the artists and deprives the show of brilliance and splendor due to the discomforts with which it is surrounded and to which the public is subjected. Too bad !!!

Nice theatre, old stuff with a classics touch in lights and appliances. Seats are not in great shape, but it's good enough.

We went to see Coco Sily, an unavoidable total boss not to laugh and we were able to meet in person Palito, Adriana Varela, Ale Dolina, the Negro Oro..genios all but the Opera really a symbolic place for many a theater with years and very decayed, very left, very sad to see something like that, at any moment the total closure of that magnificent theater is coming ...

The place is wide, it was well organized and the seats were comfortable.

I loved it, the theater is new, everything impeccable, very good sound, lights and availability of the seats, it is seen from all sides. The only counter is that the rooms below only have access x stairs and is complicated for the elderly or disabled.

The qualification is to the theater not to the show that I went to see. Awful uncomfortable seats, access and exit quite well. the safan bathrooms but there is only one sink to wash your hands.
