Your company is horrible and very unreliable!!. I ordered 2 Secret Santa gifts on Nov 23, 2014. I was informed it would take 2-4weeks to arrive. It is now Dec 25th, Christmas day and I have not yet seen my purchases. I was so excited about these gift plus I was telling all my friends and family to purchase them. Now I'm let down, disappointment, angry and frustrated. I feel bad because I told a few of my friends about this "deal" and they also have not received their purchase. I sent numerous emails with little responses back your company. I can't believe a company like this is still able to stay in business!!! At this point I don't even think I'm going to receive any items as it probably is a scam!!!!

Sad to see that my first experience with coupon sites (as a business owner) proved what I had heard from other businesses in the past. I had faith despite being warned over the years not to put offers on these sites unless I am comfortable providing the service for free.

The campaign went well and we honored all the coupons that were sold, however we never got paid by Teambuy. They completely ignored their own contract and gave us the run around for months, never returning calls or responding to emails, and still no payment more than 4 months later.

I'm disappointed, but honestly, not completely shocked. I just wanted to re-state for other business owners what I had hear before: When you offer a deal on a coupon site, be prepared to provide the service for free or even loose money. If you're comfortable with that, then you won't have a problem. And maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and actually get paid what the contract stated.

I ran a deal in February and haven't gotten paid for it yet. I've sent numerous emails, called several times, was told they would look into it on every occasion I actually got to speak to someone, but never got anywhere. Thank goodness I'm only out $200, I can't imagine what businesses do when they have to honor thousands of dollars worth of coupons but never see the money coming from Teambuy/Dealfind. I will never work with them again and I would warn any other business from working with them in the future. They are thieves and should be taken to court!

How this these 2 companies are still in business is a mockery to us the consumers.They must think of us as suckers!!!!! 0 in all ratings. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go instead with at least Groupon. They are much more understanding of the consumers needs. Been with them forever and will continue to do so. THIS IS THE WORST I've ever dealt with.

Merchants beware! Do not use Teambuy/Dealfind to promote your product. Not been paid a dime from a promo in February and they send automated emails saying we'll get back to you in 60 days after you complain! Absolute joke and they don't even owe me that much. Other people in far worse shape. Awful.

Why should you care as a consumer? As you just read Teambuy/Dealfind are not paying merchants monies owed, hence merchants will not honour your voucher. Do not buy a single thing from them.

I WANT A REFUND! I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MANY MESSAGES THAT WENT UNANSWERED. I EMAILED MANY TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES.

Garbage. Filed for bankruptcy, refused to pay its small businesses their owed fees for coupons. As a consumer, got charged from both ends. Definitely filing a dispute and pursuing legal action. Don't let them steal your money.

I just called your number to speak to a representative and after pushing all the numbers to be put through to speak with someone I was delivered a recorded message for me to submit my concerns via email. So much for speaking with one of "One of your super knowledgeable and friendly customer experienced consultants."

Customer service absolutely worst. As a customer I have ever right to demand to speak to a higher management.

Recently I filed a dipsute on an item I have received, the first agent, who so happen to be the supervisor Jessica failed to respond to any of my inquires after my initial email to her asking for images of the product. Stuart, who promised to look into it failed to communicate with me either. Audrey, who I thought was helpful refused the escalated my concerns to a manager and demand to speak to Jessica. Look girl, if Jessica is the one that I WANT TO FILE COMPLAINT, WHY WOULD I WANT TO SPEAK TO HER AT ALLL...

SERIOUSLY, IS TEAMBUY GOING TILTS UP...LOOKS LIKE IT.
