It s been a month I tried to get my company released (believe transport llc) and no one answers the phone. And when someone do answer they tell me they are working on someone to release my ucc. I ve never factor a load with them and this is the worst experience in my whole time trucking they asked me for a customer number something I don t have cause iam not a customer it yet they still placed a ucc on my company and also my release it. It s been three weeks amd yet not one phone call from tbs stay away from them they will hold you hostage when you don t want to do business with them any longer

Stay away this company in few words the worst factoring ever
Bad communication no any communication,even phone or email they never response,nobody answer on the chat on the app,they don t send on time paperwork and when you want to leave you get a debt on your account and is almost impossible to get out and any factor want to purchased your account because the high debt because they don t sent invoices brokers no paid for more than 3 months and your account is a mess finally I am out after 2 month from my closed contract
Only Nancy in customer service is helpful but the others are lazy and they never help or try to find a good answer and my representative Jessica Almaguer the worst there,never answer,never help

Worse experience ever TBS SERVICE does not care about motor carrier. LDS TRUCKING LLC client 45342. People does not call you back and don't pay you on time when factor load. Now am experience loss paperwork I already given TBS after month accept approval to factor my loads.I will not recommend a motor carrier to factor load To TBS FACTOR. I had been trucking for over 20 years.When I were thinking business will getting better but it were only getting worse. I wanna talked to supervisor and asked person why I am not treated fair as motor carrier business partner WITH TBS FACTOR SERVICE! Yes, this is true statement. I will call and my message will be ignored. I am not satisfied WITH TBS FACTOR! COMPANY NEEDS TO DO BETTER FOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE!
If you are a broker I would advise you deny any carrier that factors with them. They will take a month to get an invoice to you then expect payment the next day. If you call in looking for paperwork, you will sit on hold for 45 mins and no one will answer. If you send an email to them, they will not respond.
Me and my husband are owner operators and TBS never fails. The factoring service always pays on time. If you need to check to see if they work with different brokers or not, TBS is on it right away. Great factoring company.
TBS FACTORING terminated our agreement but won't give me a release, partial release or return calls, emails or request for aging report. They are basically like the mob boss stealing all my brokers and clients. BE WARNED. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF SOONER THAN LATER. 3 years not one bad invoice or delayed payment to them. Seeking counseling to file lawsuit.
