TBI is a very persistent company. I was called weekly, sometime twice weekly until I made a decision not to work with TBI today. While I can appreciate that all people are out to make money I do not appreciate being harassed. I explained to John ? and Dan Beuder my position. I have always done my leg work with Centurylink directly and wanted to continue this. When I turned downed their services that were "indefinitely, until revoked in writing" I was hung up on. Professional response Dan. Everyone's time is valuable and the way you treated me today is the main reason I will not work with your company. Please take me off your call list forever.....

This company lied to me the entire time. First they told me that I was able to transfer services and was no longer under contract. Which I found out later was not true. They tricked me into signing a contract with Qwest. I am stuck with over 600 in fees now. They promised to remedy the issue but now they wont even answer the phone when I call. I call and leave messages, I email and yet I still get no response.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life.
