Having enjoyed Old Forge pizza for half a century, I’ve watched many classic spots fade away after their founders retired or closed down. It is refreshing to see Taylor Deli & Cafe in Taylor, PA, successfully bringing that authentic Old World style back to the table. They deserve a lot of credit for keeping the tradition alive, just like Collarusso's does. The only hope I have is for them to eventually offer round Margarita pies and, more importantly, gluten-free options for those of us with Celiac disease or wheat allergies. Great work!
