Just moved back down to the area since family are close by and I'm so glad I found this gem of a place!! I never leave reviews but these guys deserve the best ratings ever. The customer service by Randall and the owner are phenomenal...just all around genuine nice people. Super helpful and can steer you the right way for any cigar you're looking for. Can't wait until everything settles down again so we can check out the lounge . Thanks for an awesome experience and I'll be back over and over again!

This is hands down my favorite place to buy tobacco. This place has the most amazing staff. I purchased my 2 pipes from here and they are always reasonably priced. They have a nice atmosphere and the environment is 5 star quality. I enjoy their tobacco blends for classic pipe smoking. I would recommend them in this order:

1. Creme Brulee'
2. Cherry
3. House Blend
4. I. Q.

I will always travel to this establishment for their tobacco no matter how far I am. They are simply the best.

BONUS: Both times I went here and purchased my pipes, they were gracious enough to give me a couple pinches of tobacco (1 Oz) of any two tobaccos I wanted. They will even blend tobaccos for you. Great place!

So this is coming from someone who had never smoked a cigar before, it was a good experience. The gentleman at the counter wasn't snobby because I had never smoked before, it was a good atmosphere. I sat down smoked a cigar and really enjoyed it. I see many more trips to cigar lounges, I don't live in the area but hopefully the ones I visit in the future meet the high expectations that Taylor's set.

Place is great. Have everything you need for beginners and long time smokers. I go in the mornings and the staff is very nice, welcoming, and made some great suggestions. Parking is a bit tight but if its crowded i suggest parking across the street and walking there. Great place overall.

Was visiting LA from Alabama and truly enjoyed the great selection of cigars at a great price. The Lounge was very high class feeling and was clean and well organized. As someone who doesnt smoke all the time this lounge was exactly what Im looking for when I want a cigar.
