My experience with the service department was frustrating.
They couldn't diagnose a tight steering issue on a Nautique, and took 1.5 weeks to get a cap & rotor for a tune up, then said that they would need a few more days to install it.
Watch out if you request several services, as these are very costly, but can result in multiple billings. For example, lube (oil change), cooling system service and engine tuneup have a lot of overlap, and result in being triple-billed for some things.
After saying that they charge so much because their service technicians are "the best in the state," I found that one of the trailer lights was out. They billed me for replacing trailer lights though! Again, very frustrating.
After a very poor experience with one of the service people, the managers reduced some of the over-billing, and worked to try to resolve the issues I raised. They cut 10% off my overall bill and arranged to deliver the boat to my home for the trouble.
