Severely lacking in Customer Service. I've been trying to get a warranty replacement 4 iron for over 4 months. Finally got a new club and it was the wrong length. Sent both the damaged one and the new wrong length club back and they lost them. I provided the tracking number and they won't respond. I called and they don't call back. Couldn't be more unhappy with this company. Never imagined it would take half a year to get a club replaced. I may as well be playing the POS that cracked down the middle. Thanks Taylormade!
Follow up: I finally connected with someone that was helpful. Not sure if that was because of my complaints or because I had been going through the wrong channels. I did get my 4 Iron replaced within a week after that and they also sent a discount code for their website and a free wedge. Definitely made up for going all winter without my 4 iron but still, what in the world? Hopefully it had something to do with COVID and people not being able to go into the office in California. I would have been steaming if it had been golf season. Even so, I probably played 6 rounds without it.
