Great people doing your taxes....I will recommend this place.

I marked this as a 5 star review to catch the eye of the people looking for a good place to do there taxes. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO YOUR TAXES. This place is a fraud and they will put you at risk for an audit. I have been fighting an audit for almost a year now and this place has not been helpful. They fraudulently put information that I did not account for in my 2015 taxes now I owe the IRS 5K. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. The amount of work time lost due to this placed negligence is insane. Any review with 5 stars has to be fake.

This place is dishonest. PLEASE DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE. If you are not sure how taxes work and the numbers they give sound good just don't do it here. You will literally pay. it back to the IRS and lose days of work due to this place.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
THEY PUT ME IN THE GUTTER FOR 5K.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I was called into the IRS because they are investigating them and was grilled for two hours. Just got audited now owe 10K. Also while with investigators discovered that they have you sign a form to take a fee from your return even though you already paid them! Beware!

This place is ABSOUTELY the worst place. I came in at 8AM and left at 4PM. This was my first time coming to this place and I do not recommend this place to anyone. The lady that works there kept saying a little bit longer and it turned out to be over 6 hours of a wait. Never have I ever received the worst customer service. I cannot believe they did that and didn't even apologize lol like what????????

This is the best Accounting Taxes Office I've been, staff very friendly helpful and Mr. Leo knows his business profession. Highly recommend it.

Respect, friendly and prompt service is what I got every time that I come to this office. Very professional people I highly recommend to perform your taxes.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING & ALL FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD!!!!! i filed my taxes with them & now i owe more than 3k to the IRS. this place got college credits & i wasn't even a student when i filed. the customer service is nasty!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

STAY AWAY WORST TAX PAYER EVER, THERE PLACE IS A FRAUD !!!!!! I WENT TO FILE MY TAXES FOR THE YEAR OF 2015 AND RECIEVED A LETTER FROM THE IRS STATING THAT I OWE THEM 3K DUE TO HAVING COLLEGE CREDITS.. WHICH I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WAS ATTENDING COLLEGE !!!! .. I TRY TO CONTACT THE PERSON WHO DID MY TAXES AND I WAS TOLD SHE IS NOT AROUND AND TRY CALLING THE OFFICE A COUPLE OF TIME AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS , THEN I WOULD CALL BACK AND WOULD BE PUT ON HOLD AND DISCONNECTED , SO I WENT IN TO THE OFFICE AND SPOKE TO LEO WHO SAID HE WILL SPEAK TO IRS AND FOLLOW UP , SO UP TO THIS DAY I HAVENT HEARD BACK AND TRY CALLING TO SPEAK TO HIM & OF COURSE NO ONE HELPS!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY SO YOU CAN AVOID GOING THROUGH THIS HELL WITH THE IRS

They failed to do file my income tax correctly received a letter from the IRS charging me 3k when I went to them they said they were gonna take care of it spoke with the receptionist and the person in charge Leo. Follow up by email/phone was told it was being handled not to worry went back two weeks after they hadn t even responded to the IRS. Never sent anything I had to contact the IRS myself and get it resolved . These people are incompetent and have terrible customer service save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

What's the point of an appointment if I still need to wait 3 hours to be seen...
