1st time flying on a private plane. A great facility to fly into.

Took a ride with fingerlakes helicopter tours. Best decision we've ever made. Pilot Garcia was very knowledgeable and professional. Arrangements went flawlessly. Just do it!

Best FBO experience ever. Thanks to Amy for scheduling a rental car to have waiting upon our arrival. Line service was top notch. We were fueled within minutes. Special shout out to the very nice lady working the control tower that day. We'll be back!

Line service is always good here, staff is always very helpful with arranging rental cars and catering!! Jet fuel prices are reasonable, and they offer several discounts depending on quantity you buy

Wonderful people helped my handicapped father on the aircraft

Good people and great service. Flew in on a windy day with storms threatening. They put my little Husky in a hangar for safe keeping and gave me a speedy send off the next day.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Tammy who went out of her way to find locate my missing ride.

Just driving limo to pick up a client. Staff was helpful both in the office and on the tarmac upon arrival and landing. The only thing I can say was bad was that their driveway and parking lot areas needed more attention in clearing snow and ice for walking safety.
