Franco introduced me to the White Balsamic dressing and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil - he mixed them together and the taste blew my mind. Amazing on salads. These are my go-to dressings now - love, love, love them

Great place to buy sauces, vinegars and oils.. I would recommend that every one has a jar of the cannonata sauce in their store cupboard as it lifts any dish it is added to. Also the place for great balsamics and top notch olive oils. I would especially recommend the fig balsamic condiment. It tastes devine.

I met Franco many years ago in castletown market and I seem to follow him around the country at the minute..Kildare, Dublin and most recently Cork!
