I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Tasha Rae Jewelry. I dropped off several rings for resizing and a necklace for a chain replacement. After two months of waiting without any update, I began reaching out to the owner through phone messages, Facebook, and Instagram simply to ask about the status and to arrange payment and pickup. For the next four months, I received no responses—at one point, she even hung up on me when I called.
Seven months after dropping off my jewelry, my husband happened to find the shop open during the holidays and was able to pay and pick up the rings from someone covering the store. When I reviewed the items, I discovered an extra ring that was not mine, and my necklace was missing.
Because the shop continued to have no consistent business hours and the owner would not return my calls, I was unable to return the extra ring or ask about my missing necklace for another five months. Eventually, I saw the store was open for gallery night and brought the ring back. At that time, the owner told me my necklace “was not there” but assured me she would mail it out the following Monday and provide me with a tracking number. That was three months ago, and I have received nothing—no tracking number, no necklace, no follow-up.
This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication, misleading promises, and mishandling of my property have left me with no confidence in this business. Sadly, I’ve accepted that my necklace was either lost or sold. In my experience, Tasha Rae Jewelry has demonstrated dishonesty and a complete disregard for customer trust.
