I have gone through 2 interviews to start working and they never follow up on the employer to start working. They also don't call you to let you know if one was selected for a job you are applying for. One calls to follow up on the requested position and they remain in returning the call which they never do. I have worked with other agencies such as CTS and AEROTEK which are highly recommended to the contrary of Target that what they do is waste your time

Had an appointment and i never got a call ,and i called them for my interview instead of them calling me..no very profesional. No thank u. No son profesional

I went to the first interview which consisted of computer knowledge, the spoken interview itself, turned in a resume and got assigned to a job recruiter. Turns out even though they ask you what job you're looking for...it doesn't mean they inform you on ones that are ideal to the one you are looking for. If you want a desk job this is the place...if you want hands on experience look elsewhere.

Target Human Resources is the place to go to apply for a job.They are wonderful the recruiters you can speak freely without having to worry about any judgment did i answer the question the right way because they can see beyond that and identify immediately if you are the right fit of what they are looking for if not they will work with you to find the right company for you. I was interview by Liz as i call her and I felt the honesty the trust and the confident to place my future in there hands with my desire to succeed in life and with the company that i apply of course. I have been a superviser in over 3 diffrent company's and when i took the interview i had 2 diffrent contracts waiting for me to sign it up and i was hired and i choosed.Target human resources and I am very confident I made a great decision.
