Contacting Tara by phone is easy and pleasant. There are two IVR options and each time I've called, I got through to someone and was adequately assisted.
Going in office was the same, I arranged to collect my item and ot took less than a minute for my package to be located and handed over.

They answer you promply and are courteous. When you called on the phone.

Great service and great price. However sometimes, not too often, they delay packages a day late or dont show up when they are scheduled.
