Tanzanian Embassy in Washington DC Reviews

I have been calling this embassy for days. No answer. I have emailed them. No answer. Very frustrating.

They never pick up the phone.
They never be responsible for anything. Simply I can say, they don t care. It s sad.

I would have given them zero stars if it was possible. I was planning to visit Tanzania and invest in their manufacturing industry. After the poor service I got at the embassy, I opted for Kenya instead. It's the level of unprofessionalism like this that cost both you and your country. Zero stars

I just can t believe this I been calling for almost two weeks but nobody answers their phones

They lost my passport and refused to pick up their phone for weeks. Still have never gotten ahold of them.

The employees have great customer service. I felt very welcomed. They listened attentively to me and provided excellent service.

Front dest staff got poor customer service with attitude but the sec floor staff are friendly and helpful
