Had so much fun and they let you order from neighboring places! Was great to have wine and sushi.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. A bit higher on prices. $2.50 for my beer to go, $6 to stay and drink. That's a pretty high 'corking fee'.

We just had my daughter's bridal shower at Tannin's and it was a huge success!! The atmosphere is charming and inviting, the food (catered by Mike and Cindy) was perfect with the wines we chose and the service was wonderful. Mike and Cindy could not have been more accommodating and helpful with the planning of the event and were so very gracious to all of our guests! We had nothing but compliments! I highly recommend Tannin's Wine Bar for your next small to medium sized event!

No cover, no drink minimum, nice atmosphere, live music when I was there (Honey Badgers). Paid $11 for a beer and a sprite. Its a small place. Found parking right out front. We had a nice time.

Great wine bar. Staff know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful. They have other drinks for the non-wine drinker as well.

They have a great monthly wine club and the staff and owners are always friendly and knowledgeable with their suggestions. This is our go-to for drinks on date night and can t wait for the new normal so we can return!

Great local spot for a cheese board! They offer preset cheese flights or make your own. There is limited seating but we had no trouble making new friends and getting a spot. Very reasonably priced appetizers.

Terrible customer service! We stopped at this bar to enjoy some wine. We sat at the bar and NO one acknowledged us, talked to us, or waited on us. We sat for almost 15 minutes. There we two people working. An older gentleman and a woman. Neither one even looked at us. Three people came in after us and got waited immediately. So we left and went next door to Beerhead. We are having great service here. Will never again to Tannis!

We had the pleasure of visiting Tannins over Christmas Break and we loved everything about this place. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided our group with a number of different wine ideas. We had some delicious appetizers which our entire group enjoyed. We had to grab some wine to go as we left and the staff gave me names of wines that I would never would have bought and they were all exceptional. A real gem in downtown Elmhurst!!!!

Tannins is an incredible wine bar with an excellent selection of wines, liquors, and beer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the environment is incredibly welcoming for a relaxing evening out of the house. Hosted trivia nights, live music on Thursdays, and the occasional special event make this place a spot to keep coming back to.
