I have used Tania travel in the past once you are outside Lebanon they have very low support and they use other agencies abroad who do not really care about their customers. Insured once you are at your destination they stop knowing you

They don't care about customers' feedback. They don't give you what you pay for (Unprofessional or liars!!??). Unfortunately, Tania used to be one of the best in Lebanon, but no more now.

We have travelled wirh Tania Travel for several (about eight or nine) trips over the last 15 years to Athens, Cyprus, Rhodes and Crete. We had excellent experiences and are devoted customers. Their customer service is the best. We are a family of four and often met with my sister-in-law's family of five. Grandparents came too. We have so many nice memories from these vacations as our children grew up - all teenagers now and some in college. Thank you Tania Travel!!

Unprofessional, unsupportive, losers!
We were a group of 19 persons, we booked for bodrum 3 suites sea view and 1 family room. We bought an expensive package for 3 sea view suites only one family got what they paid while all others were buried in underground rooms.
They don t know what they sell. They are weak abroad if not careless. They made us wasting our time disputing with the resort officers to change our rooms. They ruined our vacation because of their bad service. Honestly, we are very disappointed

They called me and said that the package i have bought and paid for is not available anymore and ask me to pick another date or get my money back. But they refused to refund the full amount. Totally unprofessional and deceitful.

I use Tania travel in Hamra, Sidani Street for most of my travel needs, especially when taking a family vacation. Excellent service and pleasant staff. They were always able to find solutions to our travel problems. In addition, they accept and redeem blom credit card points.
