I definitely recommend Mr. Ulli Chrobok. His workshops and tools are very professional and help me a lot. In workshops, he creates a good mix of content and practical examples, in addition, he has a talent to actively bind all participants.

Participating in Mr. Ulli Chrobok's DISC training is one of my luckiest things in 2020. Through the training, I know more about my strengths and weaknesses. I have already completed or had to complete quite a few training courses that made me wonder what the point was. Pure theory, boring presentations and coaches who weren't really interested in whether the training was useful. In the end it is a waste of time and money.

None of this applies to Ulli Chrobock. He manages to keep the interest of all participants high all the time. Actively involve everyone so that there is no tiredness or boredom. He himself enjoys the topics, what you notice and also lets himself be infected by the positive atmosphere he creates. He works with many examples from practice, which I personally always find helpful.

Ulli Chrobock as trainer and coach can only be recommended. It gave me a lot of pleasure to have him as a coach, especially if you are looking for new / different ways to develop yourself. His training is very professional, informative, also with humor and very needs and practice-oriented. Despite the "new" line of thought, I missed the "How do I implement this?" Ulli has very helpful "tools in his case" that can be used directly. The results of his training are sensational! Thank you!

Mr. Chrobok is a very committed coach. I had the pleasure of having him as my coach for a while. He knows how to bring the different characters together using the DISC model and creates an enormous practical relevance through his pictorial language. I participated in several group sessions as well as in a 1-to-1-training with Ulli Chrobok.
In the group trainings Ulli gave an interesting deep-dive into social behaviour in a professional environment, converted this into the DISC-model and outlined how to deal with the different social types.

I came into contact with Mr. Chrobok through a group event at our company. I gratefully accepted my company's offer to carry out a personal DISC analysis. Luckily! This resulted in individual coaching, in which Mr. Chrobok has been accompanying me for several 3-hour sessions. A relationship of trust quickly developed, which in my opinion is an indispensable prerequisite for such coaching. In doing so, I was constantly shown new aspects of how I can effectively change the "deficiencies" - or rather, the weakly developed skills - in my personality. He gave me a lot of helpful tips and exercises with which I can effectively change / improve myself - both visibly for myself and for third parties.

As part of several workshops and coaching sessions on leadership, I have always seen Ulli Chrobok as a very professional coach. When I went to a training session with Ulli for the first time in 2007,
I was heavily burdened with prejudices. Another pointless day with a trainer who has no idea about the field service and just recites everything from the books. And when you ask questions, the answers are evasive. But most of you probably know that.
