Tandem Health Care Review

Went to get a yearly exam, was also trying to see if I was pregnant, but if i wasn't, I wanted to get information on fertility testing since we've been trying for a year with no success. The doctor barely let me get a word in so I was unable to bring up what I needed to, then when I asked about the pregnancy test I had taken before I went in the room, he had no clue what I was talking about. He said he would check on it, but then me told me assumes it's negative. It took everything in me not to burst into tears right then and there. When I got to my car, I broke down. I will never come back here ever again. I am absolutely disgusted by how rude this doctor was to me, especially after not even taking the time to listen to my situation.

I m a new resident to the area so setup a new patient appointment here in late sept or early october. Today was my appointment, the people were friendly. However I had been there for about two hours in which I spent most of it with the Med Assistant. Then waited quite sometime to have the doctor come in only to say they would have to give me a referral to the obgyn since they do not handle that at this clinic. The doctor also kept asking me if I have an eating disorder since I m so thin. In which I do NOT have one. I ve been naturally thin my whole life. Made me feel bad and then to only get a little information handout and the referral. I m so upset with how this appointment went to get NO answers and now to wait for who knows how long for an appointment with and OBGYN. I left the building calm drove home and cried my eyes out telling my husband of the wasted time for no answers to my issues.

I m reviewing Tandem Dental. I went for a new patient appointment yesterday and I was very pleased. First off, the office and exam rooms were very clean and neat. The front desk staff were very pleasant and polite. I didn t have to wait long to be called back. The hygienist was very nice. She took xrays then I saw Dr. Shah, who also was very pleasant. She went over my treatment options throughly and I was then set up with another appointment. So, so far I m very very pleased with Tandem Dental and would recommend it:)

Very nice clean facility with many doctors. They offer obstetrics, pediatrics, and gynecology. We had very friendly service and short wait. The facility is federally funded and offers a sliding pay scale depending on your income if you qualify. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend and go back if needed.

The mental health part of tandem is horrible. They don't care about their patients. I don't recommend going there

The wait times for pediatrics is RIDICULOUS even with a scheduled appointment. Also don t even attempt to call no one answers the phones.

I've never had a problem with tandem health before but on January 21,2020 I came in complaining about pain that I have having in my stomach. No one examined me... no blood pressure was taken...ultrasound....nothing. Instead a conversation was held about other problems I was having such as constipation. I was given meds for that but not for anything . I left Tandem and went straight to the hospital. Just to be told that I was having some bleeding in my sac along with a UTI and my blood pressure was extremely high. This caused me to be placed on bed rest. I felt like no one at Tandem wanted to take time to see what was going on with me. But wanted to cure me by ear instead of taking time. I could have lost my baby. The only people there that show concern Lydia Elliot and someone named Sheanika. But that day they were unavailable.

Horrendous service. Dropped off my kids medical records to them and they sat on them for 6 weeks and didn t do anything. When my wife went to go and retrieve the records because we gave up on this place, they gave nothing but hassles and lost some of the medical records. I am very angry that I even considered using this place. Do not go here. It is not worth the pain!

Tandem Dental has a nice and clean facility. Their staff is kind and friendly and the dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. The sliding fee program that they offer is based on income and family size and can be very helpful if you qualify.

I love going to see my Dr. I think the staff is ok. And my Doctor's assistant is very friendly

I was pleasantly surprised by the new building. It's clean, inviting, and the staff was super friendly. I had a great interaction with everyone I met there. I loved my experience

Very nice place! This place was especially good for me because you can pay based on your income and it's very easy to apply for that through the website. Everyone that I met inside was very helpful and kind. It was also very clean inside.

This review is for the new pediatrics office on Pike. Two of the female pediatricians are really good. However, today's experience was atrocious - it was not with one of them. My child and I experience sensory processing disorder. It was very loud in the well waiting room: TV and someone watching a video on phone. I requested a quiet place - three times - we were never accommodated. After 30 minutes of waiting, I requested a supervisor. After 2 additional requests and twenty minutes later, one showed up. Then she said she'd get her supervisor. When that person showed up, I asked if the NP was ready to see my child. She said she didn't know. I watched 3 other families arrive after we did, go to the exam room, and then check out. We'd been waiting 60 minutes in a noisy waiting room. I asked 3x for quiet place and 3x to speak with a supervisor. I lost 1-1/2 hr of work and my child didn't see a medical "professional."

Great and clean facility. They staff members are very friendly and kind. Willing to help you when your short on cash flow . Thanks so much for looking into helping me in my time of need!

The customer service is horrible. They are not very helpful, I asked questions and got a sassy response from Lillie, I'm was always so upset whenever I'd call and didn't get good customer service. So decided to not be a client of theirs. The front desk people are horrible, one lady in billing was very kind and helpful,which is why I decided to give them a second try...but nope this place is awful. Take your business else where.

I went for a check up this past Friday July 12. The nurse didn t do anything. She didn t check for the heartbeat
Sunday me and my family went out of town. When we came back home I had to use the bathroom and noticed blood. My husband called the after hour number and whoever answered the phone said there shouldn t be anything serious but go to the ER to make sure. We went there. The nurse at the ER said it was a threatened miscarriage. So we went to get an ultrasound done Monday at 2 and SAD to say there was no heartbeat. So I had a miscarriage and had to have a D and C done Tuesday after talking to the dr at Sumter OB GYN.
I will never come back to y all good bye
