My kids had tons of fun. The staff is super helpful and engaging with the kids. Overall peace of mind having the YMCA there for our kids

My kids have been going here for years and love them more then anything they have made our experience nothing short of amazing every yr & we are beyond grateful to have the YMCA here

Poor customer service, They took something nice I said out of context an used it against me, they are unreliable to talk to and don't respect other grown peoples rights outside of their facility. they called me a stalker for going to classes outside of their facility with and independent consultant that also works for them, they were sued a few years back for age discrimination not respecting others, they live a fesod and support abortion.

I have called three times over three months to cancel my membership. Each time the call goes unanswered and forwards to the man responsible for cancelling memberships. Three times I've left a message and three times this person has failed to call me back. Totally unacceptable.

The YMCA afterschool program is amazing! They have great activities set up for the kids and the staff is very great at communicating and involving me in what s going on with my child and as a mom of 6 I appreciate it a lot!!!!

Excellent after school care for my grandson and at a great price.

Why was my 5yr. old placed with a lifejacket that didnt fit properly, be left for free swim when she can't swim. No one saw her drowning except another little girl. First day at summer program, first day.

My son has been going to the Y for over 5 years did swimming at the YMCA and after school program with lachkey YMCA program he loves going swimming there he also loves being at the Latchkey program

I believe the YMCA offers a great program of after school care. As a parent, I have seen how the counselors and caretakers really care for the kids and want to see them succeed.

I would recommend any parent to sign their kids up for the after school program. They love it

what I did not like is that have to provide me and my husband tax information which is personal information of me and my family I do not feel comfortable with doing that I mean how do I really know that I could trust you with my personal information just to get a discount for me and my family thats crazy

My family loves this Y. The main feature that I love is the child care. Since becoming a parent, the main thing I look for in a gym is the quality of child care. If you're looking for a place that you can feel good about leaving your kiddos this is the place for you! This Y is the best in the area, especially compared to many of the other gyms around. I drive out of my way to come to this Y, because it is the only place I trust watching my children.
The child care is separated by age groups, which is great for young children, and their developmental needs. The room is very clean, and toys are cleaned regularly. The people that work there are phenomenal. They are always holding little ones, giving all the extra love and attention that they may need. They sing songs with the kids, read books to them, and play games. I frequently see art projects, and activities being done with the children. I can't say enough good things about the quality of child care the workers provide.
In addition to the child care, the Les Mills classes are excellent. You have to try a class with Lana and Sam, they are wonderful teachers. They are extremely positive, uplifting, and motivating. As a family with young children we enjoy the open gymnastics as an added benefit to our membership. The aquatic center is very nice. The staff are friendly, and the Y facility and machines are kept very clean. I am happy to have a wonderful gym in my community.

Love the summer program and also love it when it's separated groups.

They would not let my 11year old son lift a 10 pound weight

My children attend the after care programs and they love it! The staff is responsible and reliable and they engage with the children by assisting with their homework and then during play time. I have used the after care program for 3 years within 2 different schools and the consistency amongst the staff is incredible! Thank you YMCA for all of your assistance and hard work in providing a fun and safe environment for my children!

The staff here is super, super nice and always a positive atmosphere when you walk in! I love it!
