I visited there this afternoon to Cheer on the Tampa Bay Lightning as the players drove into this private airport to board a chartered Delta flight for Sunrise, FL

They provide very misleading description over the phone about their car rental policies.
It s completely screwed my trip!

Flew in today for the Outback Bowl and was blown away with the level of service this team provided! 5 star treatment so I m giving a 5 star rating!

FBO run like professionals. Planes pulling up to the sled.... I like it. Clean efficient if I had a plane I would have it at Sheltair. Reply to reply. Mr, Owner, I've only ever given one other 5 star rating, Dr. Fitz, he saved my life. Maybe you could promote/ utilize my business. I'll do the first client your choosing complimentary.... Just a thought.

There is a reason this location has been designated as one of the world's leading FBO terminals for years. Their customer service and hospitality is second to none. 10/10 highly recommended!

I'm a limo driver and have been to my share of airports. Sheltair was great. The staff was courteous, very professional and overall great. I look forward to working with them again.

Very nice private airport facility with an excellent service including nice shade over unloading area, which comes very handy at Tampa's weather. The place is very close to the big and fancy shopping mall with number of restaurants and hotels. Sheltair was so nice that they charged us only one overnight parking fee for our plane for staying there for two nights.
