Everyone at the office was great. Very professional & efficient. While I spent several hours at the office for my appointment, it was thorough & I felt like I left there with a good plan in place for the next few weeks until my next visit. Thank you for being a pleasant experience.
Wonderful place! They have helped my daughter and my husband. My daughter received a cochlear implant from Dr. Bartels. We couldn't have been happier with the care and expertise. Also audiologist Brendzel was excellent! Highly recommend this practice.
They helped my husband with a rare disorder that caused awful dizziness. Again they really go the extra mile. So happy we found them.
I am so pleased with Dr. Bartel. He has a wonderful demeanor and spends time answering questions. I am also very pleased with staff at the office. They are always in a great mood. Also very knowledgeable. They have a way of putting you at ease. It is never a problem to ask questions.
Wonderful staff, very attentive and caring. Dr.Allen is very thorough and addressed all my concerns he s a wonderful doctor. And Roxanne helped a lot with making sure all of my pre-op paperwork was taken care of. The front staff is wonderful as well they were very kind and I really recommend this office, they re the best.
No one looks forward to Doctors appointments but I ll gladly make another appointment with the PA Katie. Katie and the staff took great care of me and explained what was going on. Honestly, I just felt taken care of...I felt seen and heard. Warm hearts work here, but some cold hands.
After having been treated by another clinic with little success and even less communication or compassion , I found Tampa Hearing and Balance Center. I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Allen , who is exceptionally kind and attentive . Dr Allen went through great lengths to communicate every aspect of the condition and treatment . After having suffered for a long time Tampa Hearing and Balance was able to relieve my symptoms very quickly . No online review or number of personal thank yous can adequately convey my gratitude to Dr Allen , but i will keep trying

Great office! Natasha was terrific at getting an appointment on a short notice for an emergency and pleasant as well as the Dr. Kyle Allen who was very attentive with great bedside manner and gentle. The whole office was very patient centered, friendly and very accommodating-a nice surprise for my unexpected visit. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr Bartels is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He makes sure that I understand 100% what is happening with my condition and his recommendations. He explains alternatives and what I appreciate most is that he listens to me. He makes me feel valued as a patient and in control of my care. Thank you sir!
