I understand that things can get busy, but it would have been nice to receive a timely reply. In terms of the product itself, it was satisfactory. It worked as described and met my needs, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. I didn't have any major issues, but I also wasn't particularly impressed.
