I went to get my cat microchipped and that went well, the lady who took my payment was very nice. The person who take my cat in to get microchipped had a bit of attitude but it was fine. The reason why I am not giving them the full 5 stars however has to do with the fact that 2-3 days after I took my cat there she had fleas. She s an indoor cat and does NOT go outside whatsoever, and they were adult fleas too. Adult fleas do not hatch in 2-3 days, my only assumption is that had to have gotten them from this shelter when they microchipped her. So beware of that if you take your pet here

Just adopted my puppy from them. My husband and I had our hopes on a different dog than what we got but our dog didn't like her at all. The staff made a recommendation for the sweet girl that we did get. They really make sure that your dogs will get along before you go home so you know there will be no issues. We also adopted our other dog from them. They are great!

We stopped by while we were in town to see if any cats happened to be similar to ours that escaped our RV almost 5 years ago, the last time we were in this area. The people that greeted us when we pushed the button were busy and brusque, but I suppose they do their best. We were not able to get a confirmation about whether any cats matched ours, but at least they gave us a card to look online. 4 stars to account for benefit of doubt.

I got my little pup from here. His shelter name was keef and he had been chipped, neutered and had his shots. Process was painless and couldn t fault the process. Would 100% recommend getting a dog from here. $30 for a 4 legged best friend?! Wow

Zero stars. Absolutely disgusting behavior here. Rescued an uninsured but very weak dog and took it here only to be told it is my responsibility and that I d be charged $375 if I wanted to leave it there. The SHELTER would have me leave it to die or abandon it myself instead of taking it in. I was screamed at when I said I could not afford to keep a dog that wasn t even mine on top of my one year old and newborn, I just didn t want the dog to die. Clearly they do not care about animals here.

The staff here was magnificent and made sure I had all the knowledge and resources I needed for starting my new life with my new cat.
