We always had good service from Talisman Woodstock, where we hold an account. However today we had a very bad experience at Talisman city inside builders. The talisman representative Caleb was unable and maybe unwilling to conclude a simple rental agreement for a circular handheld saw. Caleb was unable to distinguish corporate customers from private customers, and is generally totally unsuitable to deal with the public. We lost a days of work through him, and he lost a sale. The franchise would benefit greatly from having him replaced.
