Terrible!! Worst customer services experience I have ever experienced. They withheld a paycheck from me and told me after I had calls, emailed and contacted them numerous times that I had not received it, that they "would have figured it out eventually" That is NOT acceptable. Then, because I had missed out on a paycheck, my bills were pushed to the next week and I was charged a WIRE transfer fee because they are not competent enough to solve the problem themselves and realize that they had not paid me. Absolutely ridiculous! I specifically told them I WILL not pay any fees they try to slap me with due to their carelessness, allowing their employees checks to slide right past them. Not only that, but they are rude, interrupt you with awful attitudes, and you have to spend a significant amount of time trying to get THEIR attention, when it is THEIR JOB!!
Absolutely awful! Do NOT go with this temp agency. Find a better one, trust me.
Trying to connect with a person at Synergy Services is impossible. I need to update my address and have left messages at several numbers but never a call back. This company is impossible to deal with as a contractor. Their customer service for the end employee is terrible.
Good company if working remote but benefits for dependents are horribly expensive. Premiums are over $1000 dollars a month to cover a spouse. That is just to HAVE insurance and does not take into account copays, fees for service, etc.
I worked for a major corporation through these guys and they were AWFUL. Days, weeks, and even months would go on before I could get replies to simple questions like "Am I insured yet" or "am I elligible for 401k yet"? No big deal... To top it off, I would get 1-2 word replies back from them to 8-email-long chains (all from me over multiple weeks). They quite obviously dodged my voicemails as well, everything was done without class.
If you have the opportunity to go with another agency, PLEASE for the love of god take that opportunity... whatever it is it won't be as bad as this.
Customer service is a ZERO... They do not answer any phone calls no matter which number you call. They take a long time to ever answer an email and do not seem to care much about their contractors. I thought that I was supposed to have a contact person that was familiar with my contract and have a professional relationship with me.
