I wish i could give no star, because they don't deserve any. They treated me as a customer very bad. I have been following up for my refund for more than 6 months. The did not even know whether the airline has started giving refunds. I personally contacted the airline and came to know that they started processing the refunds. Then i did inform Tajawal. This is the type of professionalism we are expected to be provided. Frustrated in it's peak.

Not good service they dont inform me about the booking cancelled they dont send any email until im the one calling them regarding my booking they told me free booking until end of november 30 2020
I book last february from abu dhabi to manila but very bad and poor customer service everyday they asking me for charge higher why they dont inform me before i ask for refund but they tell ticket is not refundable i bought the ticket 2135 dirhams im not cathing many by the wind i worked for it they dont give any consideration they just looking how much on there income very bad its my first and last

Please don't deal with this company. We have been trying to follow up for the refund for last one year. Nothing happens. Customer support is giving robotic reply that they don't get refund from Airlines. We checked with Airlines directly and we were told that they don't get any refund request from this company. Airlines asks us to contact Al Tajawal to send a email to Airlines. But they keep telling they already send refund request to Airlines. When I asked for supporting document to cross check with airlines, they refuse to provide anything. If I ask more questions, they keep me on hold long time and say we resend the request and wait for two weeks for response. Also, the ticket has been issued from a Travel Agency that Airlines shared with US. We are trying to contact that company. No one answers. Don't know that company exists. Something is really wrong here..

Requested for a refund on my brother's cancelled ticket last year March 2020. Received the same amount (after submitting necessary docs/details) by bank transfer method within three days, though their email mentioned 7-10 working days.

A friend of mine booked india to uae flight. The flight got cancelled and for refund he waited for 2 months. Today they said the airline refunded 57 Dirhams out of AED 1150/- and still tajawal deducting 40 dirhams from 57 dirhams and refunding 17 dirhams only. Totally pathetic.

Have been waiting since JUNE 2020 for a refund on a flight THEY cancelled - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING. Terrible customer service

Honestly, one of the best travel agency to book with. I got into a messy situation with Covid positive so I had to cancel my flight (including my wife), Tajawals dedicated team was with me since day 1, providing reference and direct whatsapp connectivity. When I got negative they booked two seperate tickets for me & my wife to our destination with different timing at no additional cost!
The call agent was with me for more than 2 hours to re-schedule and do the booking. Absolutely recommend, their services are unconditional.

Kudos to Tajawal and team, I will continue with you !

Note - You have to be clear and articulate about your issues, they might ask you to contact your Airlines and follow their steps after which they will be able to guide you further! Best of luck travelers.

I just loved the customer service since the very first time I've booked back 6 years ago, I'm very impressed with how fast the customer service replies, IF there was a time where was a difficult time experienced for some I can say that I've never had and now in 2020 in my favorite travel agency, I even don't look at the airlines websites anymore.
