Supply food in flights through trucks. Good environment. Supportive staff. Provide meal to visitors (auditor, food inspector etc). Lots of food cooked here. There is also a documentary on Taj Sats on YouTube naming India's mega kitchen.
You have to wear cap and coat to enter in their kitchen area so that no any dust particle or any bacteria should infect the food.
