"Cochin Shrimps" was outstanding.

I'm a tourist driver for the first time. It's a nice, beautiful hotel, I've gone to almost all the places. It's just a love for the driver who comes with the customer everywhere. Google reviews a photo of me from everywhere. But waiter was not allowed to take me here. Remember, some customer who comes to you will also obey the driver's wishes. ' Tell the waiters the drivers are the customer's slave and the customer is ours

We couldn't have hoped for a better place to celebrate Christmas together as family, a better place for our son to propose to his lady love, with the wonderful connivance of hotel management, staff and the band 'Yuva' and for a perfect holiday!

Our special thanks to the helpful, cheerful Manager, Mr Sibi Matthew and his team, the superb, attentive and obliging chefs, ever-smiling Atish Ramachandran and Praveen, the dedicated attendance of Ahilan and his able assistant, Lalith.

Thank you, All!

You deserve a Five-star +!!

This place is not big enough to be called a resort. However it is well maintained inside. Food is good, friendly staff etc are some positives. Swimming pool , Gymnasium are not up to the expectations.

We went for buffet.. very few items wer there and they charges a lot for this. They offered malabar parata but no side dish for that. (Chinese chicken was there, cant eat that with parata) When asked person named sagar replied eat with veg side dishes(rude). Then whats a point of paying n visiting taj hotel.. worst part is nobody came to serve water till end of dining.. at the end v called someone and demanded.worst ever experience taj. We have been to le meridian and hyatt ..best experience we had there. If u wanna try 5star hotels n kochi try hyatt..

Absolutely beautiful location..! Lovely little property.. great food at the Rice boat restaurant.. cultural program every eve..! Pool and spa is closed due to covid but the lawns overlooking the backwaters will keep you engaged..! Close to the ferry station.. you can go around in ferries or book a boat through the hotel. A great family place and also for those who are looking a rejuvenating time.
