Our stay here last week was very good. Even during Covid times, the service was excellent - everything was clean, sanitized and on the spot. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Only 1 restaurant was open but the food and drinks were very good. We missed the usual huge variety at breakfast but it was still a big affair. Overall, we had a great time here.
Best experience with the guest services team .. i had to cancel my booking due to 2nd wave of covid . Got the full amount refunded within 2 working days . Only possible with taj hotels chain .
Awesome property in the quaint and serene south Goa. Hospitality at it's best always. Rooms very spacious and opens into the lawns towards the beach. Beaches are clean. Possible improvements like serving few authentic hot beverages - South Indian Filter Coffee etc will certainly help.

From starters , pasta, pizza, main course amazing variety of salads. Desserts all good.
Taj Exotica Goa true to its name. Really Exotic. Spread in 60 Acres on sea beach with vast green field, gardens, golf corse, swimming pool. Beautiful lobby with fountains, play area table tennis, billiards.
Exotic and wide spread breakfast buffet, delicious lunch dinner. Spacious rooms with all facilities. Over and above keeping Taj Tradition alive, courteous and caring staff, always ready to serve and pamper you. Memorable stay. Once you are there you don't feel to go outside hotel. It has all you need.
Taj exotica is one of the most beautiful resorts in South Goa. It has a friendly staff. I fondly remember the name Harris who checked us in. He is awesome.
The only reason I have given it 4 stars as against 5 is because I believe the service level of Taj Exotica has gone down from our previous visit (In March 2021 Vs 2018). The service levels have become 'casual' as against being completely service oriented earlier. It is no longer a cut above the rest of the hotels...it has become one amongst many.
Service excellent, Restaurant for very nice with food and staff.This is a place that offers you a natural, serene and relaxing environment.Check in was very smooth all thanks to Kunal. He made sure we get the room with best view and also made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was really very good all thanks to Chef Hitesh, Somnath and Vikram. They helped us in selection of different cusine in every meal whether lunch or dinner with different taste buds of Goan, Italian, Chinese, thai and Indian. It all taste delicious and also desserts were also mouth-watering. Even with devastating cyclone Tauktae we felt very safe inside the resort, we never knew that whole of Goa was without electricity for 2 days until we checked out of the resort. A thumbs up for the whole team to keep running the resort with limited staff due to pandemic without compromising the quality for which the TAJ stands for.

Excellent hotel with top class rooms. Huge lawn approaching the beach. Abundant coconut trees lining up the garden make it so beautiful.
Their pool could ve been much better. Their Mediterranean restaurant s buffet is bang for its buck. The other Indian restaurant has amazing prawn curry options as well. Amazing staff, and pretty spacious rooms. I d like to see them improve their bar and cocktail selection.
