Under-staffed and long waiting time when I visited - but the lady at counter 2 was extremely efficient given the constraints (albeit this meant that she had to pressure applicants to be quick). Could do even better for this office if they had more clearly stated and provided online the documents required, and the prices / means of payments available, down to the last detail, so things could move even faster.
The service was so fast and seamless. Getting served with a smile and a little chit-chat was a really nice change of pace. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, with ample seating, water dispenser and many pamphlets and magazines to browse while waiting.
For those who have a child to apply for a visa, they can't provide immediate assistance. Please ask the service staff at the window No. 3 to help the staff. If you help me with the children, the people behind will complain!
We are not going to ask the staff to see if we can help us first (because the 40-minute child has become impatient). In the process of waiting, the staff in the field are not allowed to take the children to walk around the lottery. The whole child is crying, I am extremely disappointed with the Taiwan Consulate!

There is a female counter person who looks like a very senior but has a very bad attitude. Every time I go to see her, every time I am very impatient, I have taught her "attitude" with my Taiwanese friends in Singapore.
staff members are ok. but got directed to use the web application to apply entry permit and the website doesn't work. So that means I got to go back again just find out what are my other options. Happens everytime i try to apply. real tired of this inefficient method of entering taipei even i love the place so much.

Super friendly stuff, allow you to submit document copy later if you forget something. No queue, application takes 5-10 minute, collecting 1 minute.

The staff in the office are very kind. The lady at the counter helped me take a commemorative photo, and the lady who helped me and my husband to verify the marriage certificate also wished us to go back to Taiwan to register successfully and feel the human touch in Taiwan.
Because the passport was damaged, I came to the representative office to ask for help. It was very efficient to help me change my passport in a new period within a few days. I am very grateful! Taiwan's efficiency is still quite good.
The person who handled the document verification seemed very impatient when answering the question, and he could say it in the beginning, but could not help being asked the question. Once used: I do n t know, you go back to Taiwan and ask for answers, etc. It doesn't help the work traits of Taiwanese people abroad. Please remember that your working principle is to help Chinese people, not to increase trouble here.

Really a horrible experience with the staff working at this office.
They are really very unprofessional and unhelpful. It's not just once but THRICE that I made wasted trips to bring the required documents despite calling in to check with them. Can you imagine how irritating and frustrating it is to make multiple trips to somewhere that is not even near to your place?
Making phone calls is another nightmare, called them within working hours MANY times but no one pick up. Really appalled by their laziness and unprofessional attitude.
