The corporation portion of this company may be great. However, the warehouse employees are overworked, underpaid, and the working conditions are terrible. Yes, these people will usually gladly take overtime because they need to make a living, but oftentimes rejecting overtime (which is supposed to be optional) will leave you on a blacklist. You might
just find yourself without a job if you don't comply with their exaggerated expectations. No heating or A/C and more often than not, 10-hour work days. Personally having worked here for a little under a year and knowing people who have worked here for years, I have realized that not much has changed. The ethics of this corporation are clearly not with their employees, at least not with those in positions of 'unskilled labor' (I can attest that these people work at least twice as hard as those sitting in the office). Rather unsurprisingly, the sole focus of the Apparel Group Limited is maximum production at the price of treating their employees unfairly.
