I reached out to them by phone and email about filling out forms and no response. Three weeks after I sent the email and left the voice Mail another woman named April reached out to see if I needed assistance filling out paper work. I replied asking for confirmation about my contact info. No reply confirming, answering my questions about filling out the paperwork or email providing answers to my questions. I don t usually write reviews but this was the worst experience ever.

When my old company forced a payout of my 401(k) this company was allowed by regulation to deduct a maximum of $120 from my investment to write me a check. A maximum of $120. Guess how much they charged me?
That s right, their cost to write that check just so happened to be exactly $120.
Beware HR folks and small business owners - your employees deserve better.

Just a small FYI you cannot get money from your 401k with this company. So your money you invest is stuck with them until you re fired or you become old lol shut the account down now.

We have worked with this company for 2 years and I do not have a single positive thing to say. Every year we've failed audits and have had to pay fees because this company has ZERO safeguards to protect your company from any errors, fees, etc. I beg and urge you to find a different company, TAG Resources will be nothing but a massive mistake and a huge headache. I am just truly disgusted that this company has somehow managed to stay in business when they are terrible at what they do and there are so many other companies that deserve your business because they know how to actually manage retirement plans.
