My worst ever experiences ever working with them, I worked for them for more than three years, I know all about their internal policies, their policies are to loot the people and be survivor. I resigned just because of the culture they are following. Don't go and join ever even if you are staying jobless forever . Regarding Business, you give them services and forget about your money.......
What can I say about a company who is not able to provide provision to the ships, who are not even 60 miles away from shore. We starved for 15 days without provision.
There are bed bugs in cabins. The ships are home for rats and cockroaches.
Crew have not been paid for 4 months. They are clearing salaries for only those ships, who undergo FSI and MLC surveys.
Superintendents are from some other world. Sometimes I doubt if they are engineers?
Manning department is pathetic. When it's time for your relief neither would they pick up your calls nor reply to your mail.
Before this company is very good but now no salary no food pls don't joining this company.... Before 10day's one wiper joining my ship his say last vessel 6 month contract not given salary... Pls my humble request don't joining this company...

They are bad pay masters... Most of the Tag vessels are just lying in waste and crew are not able to get their salary on time... The cheques they issue, always bounce & they always delay clients their payments...
Company with good number of offshore vessels of 20 or 22 with one Tanker vessel.
Office is Big as a well established corporate.
Not at all good company to do business with them.
Not paying to suppliers dues of 2 years.
If you give some thing on credit, don't expect payment for 1 year on constant follow up.
Bills need to be submitted 3-4 times after supply as they miss placing them.
Owners using cars which costing in crores and same for homes but not paying suppliers.
Good place to work at, at least when I started in 2017... The company has changed their address twice in the recent past... Changed to Worli from Kurla in September 2017 and then from Worli to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai in October 2018... There has also been quite a few changes of staff and currently being downsized...

Naam Bade, darshan chote...... Kisi ne sahi bola hai, Chahe to TAG ko hi dekh lo...... Bolte to hai itni vessels hai, utni tankers hai, Ghanta payment karte waqt bhikhari ban jaate hai.......... All marine Companies, be aware of these culprits .............. Once you are in their trap you have gone, your bad investment would be full bad times would be always, and all other clients would run away as all the time you need to keep on chasing them....................................... And you will get a big ZEROOOOO....... All should ban this company.....
