Big fan of Table XI -- I have worked with them for almost two years on multiple projects. I cannot sing their praises enough. My big highlights are:

(1) they care about the final product -- in my experience, I have been impressed that Table XI cares as much about the products they build as we do internally. They want to do not only what is defined by the engagement, but do the smartest, best way of achieving the goals of the project.

(2) they are communicative -- there are frequent back-and-forth conversations that I have found very productive. When there is ambiguity, they work with our team to solve it. When we the plan changes, they problem solve with us at the moment of discovery.

(3) they work as a part of our team -- they are not the typical consulting / vendor shop. It feels like they are as much of the team as anyone else. They care about our goals, they look to find opportunities for our organization. I think this element is key to why we work successfully with TXI.

(4) they foster trust -- their relentless communication, drive, ideation, track record, and team culture creates a strong level of trust and faith that I have in them

(5) they care about our customers -- they want to know what the business is trying to create, for sure, but they are really effective at getting to what drives values for our business and for our customers. They always want to know more so that they can provide better and more impactful advice and work.

(6) they focus on improvement and optimization -- after our first project, our organization and TXI outlined ways to make our collaboration even more productive and high-quality. Those action items were implemented immediately and led to further successful engagements afterwards.

We have had the opportunity (Privilege) to work with Table XI for about six months on a new development project. I am convinced the success of this project is directly connected to the project management provided by Gayle. She has lead the team, kept our project on target and maintained our focus to reach our deadline and within budget. Having a Project Manager that keeps you aligned, provides an arena for open and collaborative discussion and is the voice of reason (when needed) is the key to successful development for the team and the client! Add to that the design expertise (Thank you, Alex!) with the focus on UX and our project has been a fantastic experience.
