The stay was marvelous. The service was decent. Always stayed here every time I visit this lovely town of Surabaya. The service was great, anytime you checked in, they will always welcome you with a smile on their face. Everything is great for the price they gave you.
For a budget hotel level, this place is super-comfy.
Good hotel for its price. The room is quite small but the bathroom is bigger than most hotel at this class. The bidet on my toilet wasn't working properly tho
My lecturer once said, if you wanna know the place is good or not, you can check their bathroom.
First impression bathroom so sweet scented, they have hot and cold water shower. The tower smells so good.
We got a huge bed. Tv. Air conditioning. The wifi internet so fast
The minus is only, they don't have a welcome drink, which usually every hotel serve this. So if you late check in, in case in the middle of the night, better to prepare bring your own drink.
For a short escape, we register the room for only Rp. 150rb , in which maybe around $10-11 from pegipegi apps
They also have lift, so in case you are avoiding stairs, just touch the lift button.
For a next holiday, maybe I'll take it to go here again.
5 star for the price and the facility
I wouldn't repeat my stay even if they gave me a huge discount for the room. I had stayed here previously, it was bad but not this bad. This time, I paid extra for an upgrade with high hopes. Came in the room, the toilet flush didn't work properly, the shower didn't have proper pressure. The room smells so bad as if the sewer came up to your room.The air conditioning didn't work properly, only warm air came out. The breakfast was delicious, high five to the chef, however they only had rice, tofu and eggs, fish, veggies ALL cooked in the same style same sauce. Went to the bread section, they only provided half a loaf of bread with no butter.
If anyone wondering why I didn't switch room, I had to go out until almost midnight and came back not knowing the rooms while I have to wake up at 5, feeling I could put up with the room but I was wrong
Nice service for explaining in very patiently and always put on the smile no matter what time it is. They were so nice to tell you all the free things to be provided by them e.g. free welcome coffee break, shuttle... The only minus point would be the location but they made it up with free shuttle service. Can add more varient for breakfast but over all still nice...

- Clean, not that clean but OK.
- Comfort, not from the place, but the hospitality and service, 5 star for the security guy who treat us like a 5 star hotel guest altough it is not a 5 star hotel. Give him a raise!
