T.W. Ponessa & Associates, Lancaster, PA Review

My doctor finally realized that I know enough about meds that I know what I should be on. The thing is she will only limit my dose to that of a child... pointless.

The Worst service! I have been trying to schedule an appointment for almost a week and have left several messages but no one answers the phone nor returns my calls! Don t bother with these people so unprofessional. They are mental health offices and can not even answer the phone to schedule a appointment.

I was denied help today.
the medications that I was on Previously seeing the psychiatrist I was perfectly fine and they wanted to switch them and it messed up my whole progress and when I came to come in today I was 7 mins late only because when they switched my medicine they messed everything up for me which comes down to my day to day life My punctuality my moods my depression and my anxiety. When I was at the receptionist desk I told them that I am not doing ok I am feeling the way I was before I got help. And she said ok well she can t see you because your late but honestly it is the Psychiatrist fault that I was late Because I did not request for my medicines to be changed and because she wanted to change them my life has been a mess for about two months and I m not doing well
I am about to just look some where else for help because when you have mental problems you can t wait for help they don t understand what it feel like to have problems like us and they think they are better then us because they got degrees and they have a good job but they don t always think about the out come in everyone s life they only worry about them selfs and maybe they shouldn t of picked that career if they don t care in the

I've had nothing but support from everyone.
I've dealt with other companies, but find Ponessa the best. Dr Prada truly takes the time to understand my son.

How can unprofessional people be the image of this facility? They prescribe what there told too but not what the patient really needs.

Never had any issues, They helped me with so much . Today iam able to go outside and enjoy life going by .thanks so much T.w

I made my appointment several weeks in advance, providing them with my insurance information & work schedule. Only to arrive, pay the 50 dollar co pay immediately, fill out 20 pages of Q&A's, then get walked back to a room to be told they have no availabilities because I have private insurance and need to be seen in the evening. All they wanted was my co pay providing me with help was not important.

Attended counseling for four years very happy with facility and counceler

I personally love this place, very professional & very cheerful receptionist's that know me by name .

Called in and attempted to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. She advised me that there was no availability and to try again next week? Very unprofessional to new clients... Are you telling me I can t book an appointment two months in advance?.... wow thanks for wasting minutes on my phone.

Very unprofessional they will bill the heck out of your insurance its all about money here nothing more find a different location if you truly want help

Each time i call to schedule an appointment i get cut off mid sentence and sent to the therapists voicemail each time which lands me no where waiting another week to hear back from a RECEPTIONIST about an appointment opening to come in when i least can so when i call back instead of trying to find a more appropriate hour on the schedule i get cut off mid sentence and and sent to voicemail nothing will ever get resolved at this rate.

They have been great with my granddaughter they have help her a lot

Ever since I started going back to counseling and seeing bethany I have become a hole now parson that I haven't been in a long time if I even was at all this people are the most important people in my life today they made my life a blessing again thank u so so much

was going here her physc doctor did nothing i called to check and they did nothing.. Nothing for her nothing for our family read the reviews she wasn't the only one with issues were the doctor go to school at???.. Do your self a favor skip the headache go somewhere else

Kicking peaceful people out of your parking lot after hours, when you're not using it is absolutely ridiculous. Do you really hate Pokemon that much?

My Drs appt was cancelled 3 times. The counselors are great but the Drs are not very professional!!

Definitely do not expect a call back. They will ignore you and ignore you and ignore you then the receptionist will act rude if you say anything about their very poor behavior towards their patients. DEFINITELY do not go to any P.W. Ponessa
