Hello there firstly I have to say that this place and the people who work and help out are a truly wonderful people I've personally had a lot of not only family but friends who have been taken into this Hospice and everyone of them have been treated with dignity respect and a lot of love sadly nearly 2 years ago I lost my big brother to cancer and he was a patient here and I'll never be able to thank all the team enough for everything that they all done to help make not only him but our family as comfortable as possible the help they give is amazing and that is why we all need to really appreciate the help we receive and do as much as possible to try and give a little bit back because not all of the same kind of places are like this the staff work endlessly to do the very best they can to help and care for everyone who is in a sad situation so please remember that if your ever in the position that yourself or someone you love is staying in St Christopher's Hospice your in the best place with great people and magical staff
you'll see for yourself that all I'm saying is true. So once again everyone at St Christopher's thanks for all you did to help my family and all you do for all the other families in the same situation
All the best and God bless

The end of care support was good when they had smough staff which was very rare as they haven t and when my wife s mum was near the end she was the main carer until Marie Curie gave night time support. Their was no real advice on the stages and so my wife was so frustrated and right at the end their were no nurses so the Kay day was awful.

Delightful staff and a wonderful ambiance.Being an outpatient at this amazing institution has made my health and outlook on life so much better.Excellent level of care from the nurses, various therapists, well being crew, receptionists, and of course the many volunteers. Food in the dining room is of high quality and a reasonable price.Thank you all.

To the staff on City Ward and all the nurses, OT, Palliative care team, Transfer of care needs, etc.. involved in our Dad's care.
Our father of 94 yrs of age had a short term placement at St Christopher's. We have been absolutely bowled over with the outstanding care, nursing, occupational therapy and pain management our Dad has received.
Dad said; "The care and assistance he had was 2nd to none. They don't miss a trick. All my needs were looked after."
Please accept our sincere thanks for your dedication to such a valued vocation. We pray you will always have the means to be able to fulfill your vocation to any other patient blessed enough to grace your doors.
God bless you all from the Pitter family

I cannot award enough gold stars for this hospice.
It is an international example of what good hospice care looks like.
As a student nurse Dame Cicely Saunders, gave us a lecture on the aims and objectives and importance of hospice care. It was like being in the presence of true greatness - inspirational. Years later, sadly, I experienced it first hand when my uncle developed liver cancer. Really what more is there to say? I hope I am dealt with, with such empathy and compassion should I have the need.
