I rarely answer. When I call at 1pm, tell CS to rest at noon and half afternoon. We saw that it was difficult to get stuck, just asking if the holiday to compensate for Father's Day, the 7th day, stopped or not. Difficult to answer? Hang up on customers. And when master at normal times you don't accept Mail rarely responds. This is a customer, not a stepson. Improve Terrible service

I've never seen such an unprofessional and poor service provider as TS LINE in Thailand. They can't be contacted via phone. The number given is as if they just place them there. Also, they don't answer the email.

We've got extra demurrage charge because of their slow service. For my case, the vessel was berthed on 12 Apr, scheduled to release D/O on 16 Apr, and then mailed us they will release on 19 Apr. Therefore, we asked for their reasons in email and turns out no response.

Moreover, they did not release D/O to us on 19 Apr after our messenger waited there from 6-10 AM because the sudden appeared demurrage charge.

Please keep in mind that they had never informed us of the cahrges and can't be contacted. Anyway, we tried to get this through by asking whether we can pay with cash or transfer the money. But they don't accept. They persisted on cheque only (and by persisting their cashier refused to talk to us, they shouted via phone :) ) which means our process will delay for another day. And now, we have mailed them to ask for the actual demurrage charge we need to pay by tomorrow in order to prevent any further delays. Hope there will be some staffs who is willing to provide the service.

I really wonder how you can survive in the market.
